Do you only offer group classes?

While Group Classes are our signature offering, With the recent opening of our 24/7 gym, we now also offer 24 hour, 7 days a week access to our extensive range of strength and cardio equipment, along with tailored Personal Training. View our Membership Packages here

I am really unfit, can you help me?

Absolutely! We understand it can be daunting when you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, but CT Fitness is a judgement free zone!

We offer a range of options suitable for all fitness levels and capabilities. Contact Us to discuss all the ways we can help you get your health and fitness on track, no matter your fitness level. Everyone starts somewhere!

What results will I achieve?

Results are unique from person to person and can never be determined in advance. Your results will depend on many factors such as how often you work out, your nutrition, and your overall commitment to your health & fitness.

Do you offer drop-ins or casual passes?

We sure do! Whether you're visiting Charters Towers for a short time, or work FIFO, shifts or roster - we have a number of flexible options & casual passes to suit your requirements.

I am going away for a while, can I pause my membership?

Yes, you can pause your membership by completing a membership hold form here.

*Please note, we require a 2 week notice period for membership holds.

I need to cancel my membership. How do I do this?

You can cancel your membership by completing a membership cancellation form here.

*Please note, we require a 4 week notice period for membership cancellations.
