Yes. For our Group fitness classes minimum age is 16yrs.
We also run group Crossfit classes specifically for teens aged 12 - 15yrs. Please Contact us to enquire about enrolling.
At our 24/7 gym minimum age under parental supervision is 13yrs, and ages 16yrs and above can attend by themselves with the consent of an adult.
Results are unique from person to person and can never be determined in advance. Your results will depend on many factors such as how often you work out, your nutrition, and your overall commitment to your health & fitness.
Remember; there’s no final destination for your health and fitness, it’s a life long journey. The good news is, we’re here to support you every step of the way!
